Court Blocks Lawyer Lusungu Gondwe From Representing Mpinganjira

High Court Judge John Chirwa has ruled that Lusungu Gondwe and Ritz Attorneys should not represent business mogul Thomson Mpinganjira in his bail hearing pending appeal application.
Chirwa has since sent Gondwe and all Ritz Attorneys lawyers out of the chamber following the ruling and has directed that hearing of the application should proceed.
Meanwhile, Mpinganjira will be represented by Alexious Nampota and Fostino Maele.
