Chilima visits Egypt’s New Administrative Capital

Vice President Dr Saulos Chilima on the invitation of the Egyptian Government has visited the new Egyptian Administrative Capital currently under construction in Cairo.
The development follows plans to decongest Cairo City.
The Egyptians are constructing the new administrative capital from the scratch with great finesse.
According to our reporter, Mirriam Kaliza who is in Cairo, “The Egyptians are turning a desert area into a brand new city.”
Chilima toured a mosque, an Orthodox Church and new government offices among others.
