Former Vice President Khumbo Hastings Kachali who is also President of Freedom Party (FP) has denounced a facebook account bearing his name.
The development comes barely hours after Kachali through the said fake facebook post criticized lawyers for Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) for once again losing the Presidential case.
One of the social commentators Gerald Chavez Kampanikiza confirmed of the development in a statement posted on his facebook page.
“It has come to our attention that Hon Khumbo Hastings Kachare is not of Facebook and ignore all posts purportedly from him. He is further appealing to all the people to help him trace the one impersonating him. Ifeso sitimadziwa ndithu,” wrote Kampanikiza.
Kachale once served at Vice President of the Country during the reign of former President Dr. Joyce Banda.
