Government spokesperson Gospel Kazako has said plans are underway to engage leaders of Anti-government demonstrations describing the current administration as listening and that it believes in dialogue.

Kazako said this on Monday in parliament while addressing to Journalists.

According to Kazako, all along government has been admitting that things are tough due to the continued increase prices of essential commodities.

He then added that government has devised a plan for all Malawians expressing displeasure with how it is running its affairs.

The Information Minister then added that soon government will announce dates for the engagement with the leaders.

In recent months, Malawians have resolved to holding demonstrations to force government to change the state of affairs.

Reacting to government’s plan to engage all the anti-government demo organizers, Bon Kalindo, one of the Anti-government demonstration organizers warned they will proceed with mass demonstrations if government plays tricks and jokes with the economic grievances Malawians are facing now.
