Ghanaian lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has said that it is an offense for one to make noise while sleeping with their partner.

Speaking during a discussion on United Showbiz on UTV with Nana Ama McBrown, Ampaw stated that the offense is captured in Ghana’s constitution.

He stressed that making noise during sex is against the law because it also qualifies as noise pollution.

Maurice suggested that government of Ghana should enforce this law so that people must control themselves during sex.

According to him, government should start arresting those found making nose during sex and he has begged neighbors in different locations in Ghana to report each other.
