Police in Dedza have arrested an 18 year-old motorcycle taxi operator identified as Clement Chidoma for allegedly sodomizing an eight year-old boy.
According to Dedza Deputy Police Spokesperson Cassim Manda, the victim’s father saw the suspect carrying his son on motorcycle going to unknown destination.
“When the boy returned home, his father noticed that he was failing to sit properly and some well-wishers told the victim’s father that he caught the suspect red-handed sodomizing his son,” Manda narrated.
The boy was taken to the hospital where it was confirmed that the boy was sodomised.
Chidoma is expected to appear before court soon.
