President Dr Lazurus Chakwera has arrived from Botswana were he attended Southern African Development Community (SADC) meeting.

Chakwera visited Botswana to familiarise with how the Sadc Secretariat functions.

He said, his three day visit to Botswana was a stepping stone towards advancing ambitions of the region.

As a reigning Chairperson, Dr Chakwera appreciated the work done by the Secretariat in facilitating the SADC regional agenda and provided guidance on how to advance development ambitions in the region.
