The Songstress with angelic voice Keturah, has won Best Female Artist of the Year during this year’s MASO Music Awards which took place on December 18, 2021 at Jacaranda Cultural Centre in Blantyre.
Writing her acceptance speech of the award on her Facebook page, Keturah recognized the gesture by MASO award organizers for spotting her talent as she thanked her fans for voting her for her.
“God is great. I am speechless and humbled. Thank you MASO Awards for recognizing me has one of those talented,”
“We need more of this. Thank you to my fans that voted for me as FEMALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR because this award was not given to me by MASO but by voters,” said Keturah.
According to Keturah, to those who know her, know that the award doesn’t belong to her but to Pemphero Mphande, who was managing her for the past 9 months.
“If you know my story, you know that this doesn’t belong to me but my manager, a very good man and my best friend, Pemphero Mphande. Thank you for making 2021 my year. Next year because of you and all my fans we will win more awards,” she said.
