A Nairobi woman who used to date multiple men for money regretted her actions.
The woman had resorted to running after men for marriage after her husband left her.
The lady said she became desperate to get hitched. Identified as Stacy, she disclosed she missed having a man by her side that she even resorted to dating sites for a partner but she did not find any.
“A few years back I used to ignore men a lot. I took them for granted, even those who were serious and wanted to settle with me, all I wanted was money and freedom, being a wife was kind of being confined.
“After hitting 40 plus the reality started to set in, I missed to have one of my own, I badly wanted to get married,” she said.
The lady revealed she even vowed to pay the dowry for her husband if she managed to get one.
However, a friend of hers introduced her to herbalist Mwikali Kilonzo who gave her a ring for good luck and cleansed her.
The lady said she was surprised that just five days after she visited the herbalist, many men including her exes started hitting at her again
That notwithstanding, she met an old Mzungu from the UK at a friend’s birthday party.
The Briton immediately proposed to her. The two have since tied the knot and are planning to relocate to the UK.
