Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development Kezzie Msukwa has just confirmed that he will present himself at the ACB headquarters (Mulanje House) at 11 this morning.
ACB obtained a warrant of arrest for Msukwa on December 29 2021 on allegations that he recieved money and a Mercedes Benz from Zunneth Sattar to allocate him land in Lilongwe and Salima.
Meanwhile, Sattar’s business associate Ashok Nair is, has since yesterday evening, been kept at area 18 police station in Lilongwe.
Sources indicate that both Msukwa and Nair are likely to appear in court today.
