Police in the capital Lilongwe have launched a manhunt for unknown people who kidnapped a grandson to Member of Parliament for Mapuyu South Esther Kathumba.
The 4 year old boy identified as Madalitso Kathumba was kidnapped by uknown people who were using a white taxi at Mbabvi in Lilongwe on Thursday.
At the time of the incident, the victim was in accompany of friends playing at the said place.
The kidnappers dumped the boy at Mango depot along Mchinji road hours later.
No one is arrested in connection with the incident.
