Minister of Lands Kezzie Msukwa yet to hand himself to ACB

Minister of Lands and Housing Kezzie Msukwa is yet to hand himself to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
Msukwa pledged to hand himself to ACB at 11am.
ACB Director General Martha Chizuma has confirmed of the development in an interview, saying officials at ACB are waiting for Msukwa.
There is a warrant of arrest for him over his alleged involvement in dubious land deals with a businessman Zuneth Abdul Sattar.
