Minister of Transport and public works Jacob Hara has appointed Ralph Mhone Sc as a board of inquiry to look at the competency of the roads Authority board.

Kelvin Sato, public relation officer for the Minister of Transport and Public works has confirmed the development while saying Hara has used power vested in him according to section 16(1) of the roads Authority Act to institute an inquiry.
