Ntcheu Senior Resident Magistrate, Joshua Nkhono on Thursday set 21 January, 2022 as a day he will make a ruling whether assault suspect, Vincent Dzimadzi has a case to answer or not.
This follows as Thursday afternoon, State completed parading it’s six witnesses against Dzimadzi who allegedly assaulted a 14-year-old boy at Gochi 2 village in Ntcheu in October, 2021.
Meanwhile, Lawyer for the suspect, Fostino Mayere told court that defense will be ready with it’s submissions on 10 January, 2022, while state through Police Prosecutor, Prescott Mwayiulipo says will respond to defense’s submissions by 17 January, 2022 hence court has agreed.
