Malawi leader President Lazarus Chakwera, is today working from his Capital hill office in Lilongwe.

Chakwera’s press secretary Anthony Kasunda has confirmed of the development.

According to Kasunda, the President has been operating from his other office at State House since being elected on June 23, 2020.

This is the first time for President Chakwera to work from his Capital Hill office.

However, Kasunda did not say why Chakwera has today decided to work from his Capital Hill office.

Capital Hill is the focal point of the government’s administrative machinery.
