Former Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Ben Phiri who is also Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Member of Parliament has secretly tied a knot with former Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) Commissioner Evelyn Mwapasa.
The engagement ceremony took place at Cavalry family Church and was graced by Apostle Madalitso Mbewe.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that Phiri parted ways with his former wife Twamie Chimungu after being married for over 5 years.
