Well-known social commentator Joshua Chisa Mbele who is also United Transformation Movement (UTM) has arrived at the Lilongwe Chief resident magistrate court.
Mbele was arrested on Monday after posting a document on his facebook page of deemed defamatory.
He is being represented by lawyer Gilbert Khonyongwa.
