A 51 year -old man has killed himself on 15 January,2022 for fear of being incarcerated after being caught naked in step daughter’s bedroom in Kasungu district.
Kasungu police spokesperson,Sub Inspector Joseph Kachikho has confirmed this and identified the deceased as Evance Mtyako Nkunika ,it is alleged that during the night of 14 January the wife to Nkunika caught him naked in her 12 year step daughter’s bedroom trying to defile her.
The following day , Nkunika went missing before the matter was resolved, family members launched a search until they found his body hanging in a tree.
Police officers together with medical personnel went to the scene where death was confirmed that it was due to suffocation secondary to hanging.
