1. Avoid delaying urination when the need arises. It is a bad idea to keep urine in the ureter for too long A full bladder causes bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys it causes kidney tract infections, nephritis, and urinary tract infections.

2. Avoid the intake of too much salt. You should not eat more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Avoid the intake of too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidney starts suffering.

3. Drinking a lot of water.

Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough water, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood.
