Former President Edgar Lungu’s Aide De camp, Chisanga Chanda has allegedly been arrested and detained for unknown reasons in Lusaka.
When reached for a comment Zambia Police Service Spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga could neither deny nor confirm the arrest.
But in a 17 minutes video recorded by Chilubi Member of Parliament, Mulenga Fube laments what he terms as an abduction of Mr. Chanda and Former President’s barber man for unknown reasons.
Mr. Fube is further heard accusing the police of abrogating the law and being unprofessional by detaining officials linked to the PF without charge.
