ZAMBIA – 18year-old housewife has become the latest victim of gender-based violence after she was hit with a beer bottle by her husband, who got upset with her for wearing a mini skirt.

The victim Blessings Nakawala who sustained a deep cut on her head is currently admitted at Mtendere Clinic.

Victim’s mother, Tito Kalama has vowed to end her daughter’s marriage because she has been subjected to Gender Based Violence.
