Mighty Wanderers forward, Peter Wadabwa, has announced his retirement from active football after seventeen years of his football career.
Wadabwa started his career from Mighty Wanderers Reserve team then made it to Mighty Wanderers main team.
He the then played in Silver Strikers and Escom United FC before proceeding to South Africa’s Golden Arrows.
While in South Africa he also played for Thanda Royal Zulu FC and then moved to Mozambique where he played for Desportivo de Maputo FC.
Peter Wadabwa also played for the Malawi National team and he was among the players who travelled to Angola 2010 AFCON.
He has retired from active football at the age of 33.
