Member of Parliament for Blantyre City South East Sameer Suleman yesterday was sent out of the August House for allegedly breaching Parliament’s dress code.
Suleman is reported to have wore a jean trouser which is not acceptable in the Chamber.
Neno North MP Thoko Tembo was also told to remove a party cloth which according to the First Deputy Speaker was on his leg.
The legislatures’, are always required to be in decent clothes whenever attending proceedings of the House, unless otherwise.
Party colours are also not allowed in Parliament.
