Leader of Opposition in Parliament, Hon. Dr Kondwani Nankhumwa, has today communicated a new Opposition Shadow Cabinet to the Speaker of the National Assembly.
Announcing the Shadow Cabinet today, it was surprising to note that no single UDF Member of Parliament has been included.
Instead, the DPP has included AFORD member of Parliament, Yeremiah Chihana as one of the Opposition shadow cabinet member.
The Speaker of the National Assembly, Rt. Hon. Gotan Hara, announced on Thursday, 3 February 2022 that the DPP has dissolved its Shadow Cabinet
DPP Spokesperson is yet to explain why UDF, their Alliance Partner, is left out of the Shadow Cabinet.
