Chisale ,Mukhito, Mbilizi and Chinura in court

Norman Chisale, Peter Mukhito, Roza Mbilizi and Shafee Chunara are at the High Court in Lilongwe where they are expected to take plea in a case involving the alleged importation of K5 billion worth of cement duty-free using then-president Peter Mutharika’s taxpayer identification number.
The four are answering fraud-related charges including money laundering, abuse of office, smuggling and falsifying documents in the alleged cement transaction.
The case is coming before Judge Redson Kapindu.
