Indian National Detained Over Illegal Entry

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship Service is detaining an Indian National for allegedly violating the country’s Immigration laws.
Pasqually Zulu spokesperson for Immigration department in the Central Region identified the Indian national as Smith Kumar Srivastava.
He was detained on Saturday, 12 February, 2022 following during permit compliance and enforcement excise.
Currently, he is still in custody as investigations are still underway.
