ZAMBIA – A 57-year-old man has died in Lusaka, after he was stung by a swarm of bees.
CHARLES NABUZOKA of Lilanda compound was stung by the bees on Thursday last week at Burma barracks while on his way to work at the University Teaching Hospital.
Brother of the deceased, DRACONIA NABUZOKA, confirmed the incident ZNBC news.
Mr NABUZOKA, however, says the family is not happy with the way his brother’s case was handled at the UTH, alleging that he was neglected.
Meanwhile, UTH Spokesperson, NATALIE MASHIKOLO has refused to comment on Mr NABUZOKA’s allegations.
Ms MASHIKOLO has however told ZNBC news that she will escalate the matter to management.
