Renowned football expert, George Kaudza Masina, has been appointed new chairperson for Silver Strikers Football Club Company Limited.
Kaudza Masinasu replaces Rodrick Chataika.
Club Company Secretary, Peter Masiye, has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.
According to Masiye, authorities at the central bank have approved six new names whilst three others have been maintained from the previous regime.
The members of the board are Daud Ntanthiko, Chrispin Sibande, Edwin Mpeni, Willard Chakanika, George Chiusiwa, Lameck Chinula, Mirrium Zulu and Chiyambi Mataya.
Mpeni, Chakanika and Chiusiwa have been retained from the previous board.
