Minister of Education, Agness Nyalonje says, her Ministry will have a dialogue with MANEB management to map the way forward on extending the dates of payment for National Examinations Fees for both Primary and Secondary Schools.

The call was made after it has been observed that MANEB has set 18 February 2022 as a due date of paying MSCE,JCE and PSLCE examination fees.

According to Member of Parliament for Nsanje Central Kafandikhale Mandevana, during rainy season, most parents do not have enough money to pay examination fees as they use it to buy fertilizer.

Mandevana also requested the Ministry of Education to consider the reallocation of Mpasa Primary School which is affected by floods annually.
