Two lawyers suspended

Malawi Law Society (MLS) has suspended two private lawyers for six months on disciplinary grounds.
The Society’s President Patrick Mpaka has told the press that the two, Oswald Mtupila and Gordon Luhanga, were found guilty after appearing at a disciplinary hearing committee.
However, Mpaka could not disclose offences the two have committed to warrant the suspension.
