Zambian Official Arrested For Stealing 115 Bags Of Fertilizer

Police in Zambia have arrested a Chipangali District Agricultural Coordinator Fredrick Mwansa for allegedly stealing one hundred and fifteen bags of fertilizer under Farmer Input Support Program.
According to Eastern Province Police commandant Davies Simwanza, Mr. Mwansa has been jointly arrested with six others for allegedly stealing twenty-four bags of fertilizer under their custody.
At the time of arrest, the suspects were found with twenty-four bags of fertilizer and four one thousand kwacha.
They will appear before court soon answer charges of theft.
