Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director General Martha Chizuma has broken silence just hours after corruption suspect Ashok Kumar Sreedharan sued her for defamation.

The defamation case is related to the leaked audio clip that went viral last month in which she was purportedly discussing work related issues to unknown person.

Among others Chizuma was complaining to the unknown individual challenges she is facing in the course of her job and how the government is not helping her.

In the audio, Chizuma also alleged that Zunneth Sattar’s business associate Ashok Kumar Sreedharan release from cell, corruption played a role.

Sreedharan also known as Ashok Nair is therefore demanding damages from Chizuma for the alleged defamation.

Writing on her official Facebook page Chizuma stressed that “”He who comes to equity must come with clean hands!”
