A 33-year-old Father, Pater Habenzu appeared before in court on allegations of having sex with his 15-year-old biological daughter.
Particulars of the offense are that on dates unknown but in the month of January this year the accused person is alleged to have had carnal knowledge of his daughter.
Appearing before Principal resident Magistrate Idah Mupemo on a charge of incest contrary to the laws of Zambia, Habenzu pleaded not guilty.
This forced the defense side to parade witnesses to give testimony.
The case was adjourned to unknown date.
