Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda has finally filed a challenge against an injunction by Mangochi South West Parliamentarian, Shadreck Namalomba, restraining leader of the opposition, Kondwani Nankhumwa’s sitting plan, and the shadow cabinet.

Unconfirmed reports from the Justice Ministry have indicated that hearing of the matter is slated for Thursday at the high court in Zomba.

The order, which was obtained on 9th March, affects Nankhumwa’s decisions in parliament made especially on 15 February.
