A man in Ndola aged 30 has been slapped with 20 years in incarceration with hard labour for defiling his 14 year old step-daughter.

Ndola High Court judge-handed down the sentence on Patrick Mwewa after it was established that the ingredients of the offence were properly proved by the prosecution before the magistrate’s court. The named victim is in Grade 10 within Ndola.
