According to Angel FM, the Ashanti Region has recorded some of Ghana’s most terrifying news. A 27-year-old pregnant woman was arrested for keeping a coffin full of human blood in her room. Her husband, the true owner of the suspected sakawa item, has fled.

According to Angel TV Journalist Bismark Mensa, some household members in Mperhin, an Offinso suburb, are unable to breathe due to a foul and offensive odor emanating from the pregnant woman and her husband’s room. That room was shared by the woman and her husband, Kwesi.

The couple was approached by members of the household who wanted to know what was causing the foul odor in their room. Despite the couple’s vehement protests, their room was forcibly entered. A brown Coffin, as terrifying as it appeared, was said to contain human blood. When the pregnant woman’s husband, Kwesi, sensed danger, he fled, leaving his wife behind.

To prevent the pregnant woman from being beaten or lynched, the Ghana Police Service was quickly dispatched. She was handcuffed and taken to Offinso Police Station for questioning.

The investigation will reveal more about how the couple obtained so much human blood and stored it in a coffin.
