Councilor for Chibavi West Ward Gabriel Mwaungulu has expressed interest to contest for Presidency in Malawi Congress Party (MCP).
The development comes barely a month after joining the party after dumping United Transformation Movement (UTM).
Mwaungulu has confirmed of the development in a Tchutchu program hosted by Samuel Kalimila which will be aired tonight.
Without mentioning the specific period, Mwaungulu says has a dream of leading MCP as party one day as President.
