Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) has appointed William Matambo as the Deputy Governor, effective 1st April,2022.

Matambo replaces Grant Kabango who has saved his mandatory two terms.

Until his appointment as Deputy Governor, Matambo served as the executive director for  cooperate affairs, a position he held for over two years.
