Technical, Entrepreneurial and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TEVETA) has donated relief items to Flood victority Maseya in Chikwawa district.

Speaking when presenting food items to the people, TEVETA Board Chairperson, Don Whayo said they decided to donate the relief items following media reports of how people were struggling to rehabilitate their livelihood after the floods.

He added that as TEVETA, they were ready to construct a Technical school in the area that would assist youths to acquire knowledge and various skills.

On his part, Principal Administrative Officer for Chikwawa District Council, Allan Kazembe, said the coming in of the relief items to the flood victims in the area was a good development  because the two cyclones

During the function TEVETA donated 100 plastic buckets, 361 bags of maize, 50 bales of salt, sugar and soya pieces to a tune of K1.5
