Standard Bank has announced K46 million sponsorship for all regional leagues in the country through its Unayo brand.
The league is going to be played for a period of eight months involving 64 teams from all the regions.
Announcing the news Charity Mughogho said this has been done to engage further with clients spanning across the country.
Meanwhile Walter Nyamilandu President for Football Association of Malawi has hailed the gesture saying that this will help to unearth more talents.
According to Nyamilandu more legends like Kinnah Phiri and others will be identified from the league.
