A well known Nigerian pastor has been dragged to the mud over his comment on the demise of the country’s songbird Osinachi Nwachukwu who died on Friday April 8, 2022.
According to reports, the ekwueme hit maker died in the hands of an abusive marriage as she has suffered and endured domestic violence from her husband pastor Peter Nwachukwu.
Reports has it that Sister Osinachi was kicked on the chest by her husband and stayed on the life supporting machine for almost two months before she gave up her soul.
Commenting on the singer’s demiose, Pastor Newman claims the late songstress suffered and died in the Lord adding that an abusive marriage was her own cup of suffering as every person has their own cup.
According to this pastor, it was God’s directive for Osinachi to endure her abusive marriage and she will receive a well done reward before the Lord.
This did not go well with people who came out and called the pastor a hypocrite, one of the being a daughter of an ex governor, Orode.
According to Orode, Osinachi suffered and died in the Lord for no reason or reward worthwhile. In reaction to the pastor’s assertions, Orode publicized that the culture of oppression which is coated as Christianity is not of God and needs to stop.
Nigerians and people across the continent are still reacting on the singer’s demise.
Meanwhile, the late singer’s hubby has been arrested.
