The Chief Resident Magistrate’s (CRM) Court in Lilongwe has adjourned to May 5 a case in which former Mera CEO Collins Magalasi and three others are being accused of funding then-governing DPP with millions of kwacha.

High Court judge Patrick Chirwa, sitting as CRM, has adjourned the case after the defence protested the amended charge sheet.

The defence argued they were yet to be served with the new documents.
