Blantyre High Court Judge Dorothy Kamanga has also found a Catholic Priest Father Thomas Muhosha, Police Officer Chikondi Chileka, Alfred Yohane, Innocent Walasi, and Mussa Lilongwe guilty on a fourth charge of transacting in human tissue.
The court heard that Yohane, Muhosha, Chileka, Lilongwe, and Walasi offered to conduct business in human tissue extracted from a human corpse.
Kamanga says the state managed to prove that the accused committed the offense.
She says Muhosha and Chileka admitted to transacting in human tissue.
