Police in Zambia have arrested eight suspects in connection to abduction female mobile money operator, Pamela Chisumpa who went missing almost two weeks ago.

Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu said that the suspects are helping police to establish the whereabouts of Pamela abducted on 13 th April,2022 from the Central Business District.

This comes barely a day after an alert mobile money operator captured an alleged suspect, an elderly man who attempted to lure her into a business proposal which she rejected.

Meanwhile, Inspector General of Police Lemmy Kajoba has asked members of the public with information on the gassing incidents that characterized the nation prior to elections to come forward to help with information on the reopened investigations.
