A 56 year old Chinese National has handed himself over to police after he abducted his two children.

The man Zhang Zhing Yong handed himself to the police and explained the circumstances that led to him going away with the children.

According to him, his wife, Shelly Nakaonga, chased him from their home, together with the children, after a marital dispute.
