South Africa’s based Malawian Pastor Hastings Salanje of God Chapel Ministry has come out of the cocoon to comment on the exit of Pastor Khumbo Joram.
Joram, who was an associate Pastor to Salanje announced his resignation last week and has formed his own church.
But commenting on the matter Salanje said the Pastor was excommunicated for misbehavior.
“We excommunicated him from the ministry for misbehavior, God told me to anoint another pastor to take over his position,” said Pastor Salanje.
But Pastor Joram said the two parted ways peacefully.
“I respect Pastor Salanje, he is a great man of God, who I have known since my childhood, he has supported me alot, and I can’t just dump him.
“I will continue to support him (Salanje) when he needs my support” said Pastor Joram, who has since established his church called The Holy Nation Church, and his first service will be this coming Sunday on 8th May, 2022,” said Joram.
