Police in Lilongwe have arrested Osman Chinsinga, a police officer who is also a bodyguard to Minister of Natural Resources Eisenhower Mkaka.
Confirming the development, Deputy National Police Spokesperson Harry Namwaza said Chinsinga has been arrested for being involved in criminal activities in the city.
Namwaza added that Chinsinga has been arrested along with six other people.
According to Namwaza ,the Malawi Police Service does not condone criminal activities amongst its officers hence the arrest.
