Unknown people in Zambia have chopped off a hand of an albino child.

The mother of the child, has confirmed of the incident.

According to the mother of the child, the unknown people attacked him on his way back from school.

The mother added that the people chopped off the hand for rituals to get themselves rich.

“They Have Cut My Daughter’s Hands When She Was Coming To School Yesterday By Unknown People For Ritual Beliefs,” said the mother.

Similar incidents have been happening in Malawi and Tanzania in which people believe that bones of people with Albinism are sources of wealth.

Meanwhile, no arrests have been made.
