Zambian Court Orders Landlord To Pay K1,500 For Insulting His Tenant

A Mkushi landlord of R-compound in central province has been ordered by the local court to pay K1,500 for insulting his tenant.
This is in a matter in which the said tenant Sepiso Lishebo 31, sued her landlord Hector Njovu 38, for compensation for insults following a misunderstanding regarding electricity bills.
The tenant took the matter to court where he has won the case.
