Former Tobacco Commission (TC) Chief Executive Officer Kayisi Sadala is expected to appear in court today for plea and bail hearing.
Sadala was arrested on Tuesday in relation to the sale of two tobacco Commission houses in 2018.
In the morning, Sadala failed to appear before court to due unavailability Chief Resident Magistrate who will be available at the Lilongwe Magistrate court this afternoon.
Meanwhile, the Malawi Police Service have confirmed of Sadala’s arrest in a statement mad available to faceofmalawi.
